Information on making a complaint about the service provided by the Agency and guidance on how you may do this.
Legal advice
Correspondents should note that it is not within the remit of the Legal Services Agency Northern Ireland (LSANI) to respond to queries seeking legal advice. Similarly, general queries on whether you are entitled to be granted legal aid cannot be answered.

Complaints about legal professionals
Please note that we cannot deal with complaints in respect of the service or performance of your solicitor or barrister. In such cases, you should contact the respective professional bodies which represent and regulate the legal profession.
