Consultation description
The proposals follow the Access to Justice Review Report 2011. The proposals focus on bringing civil legal aid expenditure within budget and are contained in the Departmental Action Plan published as part of the Department of Justice’s response to the Review.

- the reform proposals, summary criteria and guidance;
- a summary of the views expressed by respondents together with a response by the Department.
